To protect your investment, EMSZERO offers a 3-year warranty and a 7-day shipping damage protection guarantee. Please review the following details thoroughly.
Overview of Our Guarantees
3-Year Warranty
- Coverage: All professional beauty machines.
- Duration: 3 years (36 months) from the date of delivery.
- Exclusions: Consumables (e.g., gels, liquids, cartridges, tips) and handheld devices.
7-Day Shipping Damage Protection Guarantee
- Coverage: All products on our website.
- Duration: 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: Insures against damage caused by transit.
Damage Protection Guarantee Terms
- If your machine is delivered non-functional, broken, or significantly different from the description, report it to admin@emszero.com within 7 days, with photo/video evidence.
- EMSZERO will provide a free return shipping label (within the continental USA, Mexico, Europe and Australia) and send a brand new replacement of the exact same machine for free.
- The Damage Protection Guarantee does not offer refunds; only free replacements are provided.
- If you want to return an unused machine for a refund, apply at returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and only the product cost will be refunded, minus shipping, handling, and inspection fees.
Exceptions to Damage Protection Guarantee
- Misuse of the product.
- Refusal or negligence to provide requested test videos.
- Damages reported without evidence or minor cosmetic damages.
- Lack of satisfaction with the product’s results.
- Damages to the outer packing box when the machine is functioning normally.
- Quality issues reported more than 7 days after delivery.
- Quality issues not reported in writing via email.
Warranty Terms
- Applies only to the original buyer on emszero.com.
- Not transferable without written approval from EMSZERO legal team.
- Includes remote technical support and video instructions for self-repair.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, accessories, and parts like tips and handpieces.
- Free replacement parts provided for the first 3 months.
- Customer responsible for shipping costs after 3 months and for all replacement parts.
- If a replacement device is granted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and the warranty period remains from the original purchase date.
Exceptions to Warranty
- Failure to provide requested evidence/information.
- Misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Alteration or accidental damage to the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
Support After the Warranty
EMSZERO will continue to provide technical and related support, potentially at a cost, including replacement parts.
